Angel was extremely helpful and polite!!! I have worked with him twice and each time he was very efficient. I was not rushed and since I am tech savvy, he never made me feel like a peon. Very kind, I hope I can work with him again if I have issues. Verizon is lucky to have him!!!!

Top notch service from this independently run store. The management and staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They know how to help you get the right device, set it up properly, find the best plan, and troubleshoot any problems. I'd give them 6 stars If I could.
