Specifically, Jackie was such a great person to work with. She was really attentive to my needs--helpful with pricing, answering questions, offering ideas, contacting companies right away with my specific questions, etc. I was open about being on a tight budget; that didn't seem to change her willingness to help either! I felt very comfortable and cared for. :D And left with invitations ordered! Couldn't be happier! ;)
